• The VibeSnap reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

3. Event Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the photo booth setup.
• Any damages to the equipment caused by negligence will be charged to the client.
• The VibeSnap team will arrive at the agreed setup time and expects the venue to be ready.

4. Use of Images

• Photos taken at events may be used by The VibeSnap for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
• Clients retain ownership of their personal event photos.

5. Liability

• The VibeSnap is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or incidents during the event, except as caused by the company’s negligence.
• Liability for damages or losses is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

6. Website & Online Services

• Use of our website is at your own risk.
• We strive to keep the website and online booking systems accurate and functional, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Changes to Terms

• The VibeSnap may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Updated terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
