1. Booking & Payments
- All event bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment as specified in the invoice.
- Payments can be made via accepted payment methods.
- Full payment must be completed prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds may be issued according to the deposit/payment policy provided at the time of booking.
- The VibeSnap reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
3. Event Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the photo booth setup.
- Any damages to the equipment caused by negligence will be charged to the client.
- The VibeSnap team will arrive at the agreed setup time and expects the venue to be ready.
4. Use of Images
- Photos taken at events may be used by The VibeSnap for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- Clients retain ownership of their personal event photos.
5. Liability
- The VibeSnap is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or incidents during the event, except as caused by the company’s negligence.
- Liability for damages or losses is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
6. Website & Online Services
- Use of our website is at your own risk.
- We strive to keep the website and online booking systems accurate and functional, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Changes to Terms
- The VibeSnap may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Updated terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
